This Terms & Conditions page forms a legally binding agreement between Macaws Printing & Branding (“Macaws Qatar”) and its clients.

Macaws Printing & Branding is a premium digital printing and branding solutions provider based in Al Wakrah, Qatar, serving businesses across Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and nationwide. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Company Services

Macaws Qatar provides professional services including:

Business Card Printing (350gsm, 700gsm, premium finishes)
Sticker & Label Printing
Flyers & Brochures
Roll-Ups & Banners
Signboards & Outdoor Branding
Packaging & Custom Print Solutions
Logo Design & Brand Identity
Website Design & Digital Branding
Nationwide delivery within Qatar (selected services within 24–48 hours)

2. Order Confirmation & Production

Orders may be confirmed via:

Website form submission
Email confirmation
WhatsApp approval
In-store confirmation

Production begins only after:

Final artwork approval
Payment confirmation (if required)

Macaws Qatar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

Violates Qatar law
Contains offensive or prohibited content
Has unresolved payment
Contains technically unsuitable files

3. Artwork Approval Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before printing. Approval confirms accuracy of:

Spelling
Contact details
Layout
Alignment
QR codes
Color selection

Once artwork is approved, Macaws Qatar is not liable for errors present in the approved file.

4. File Submission Requirements

Clients must provide print-ready files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and in CMYK format where applicable.

Macaws Qatar is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from:

Low-resolution images
Incorrect bleed or margins
RGB files not converted to CMYK
Canva or third-party export limitations
Improper file setup

If file correction or redesign is required, additional design charges may apply.

5. Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to the nature of digital and commercial printing:

Screen (RGB) colors differ from printed (CMYK) output
Minor color variation is industry standard
Paper type and finishing affect final appearance

Exact matching to mobile screens or uncalibrated monitors cannot be guaranteed unless Pantone color matching is specifically requested.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment structure:

50% advance for branding and design projects
100% advance for custom print jobs (unless otherwise agreed)
Cash on collection (approved accounts only)

Accepted payment methods:

Cash
Bank Transfer
Fawran
Approved digital payment methods

All prices are quoted in QAR (Qatari Riyal).

7. Quotation Validity

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change due to:

Material cost fluctuations
Specification changes
Quantity adjustments

8. Production Timeline & Delivery

Estimated timelines:

Business Cards: 24–48 hours
Stickers: 24–72 hours
Flyers & Brochures: 1–3 working days
Large Format & Signboards: 2–5 working days
Branding Projects: As per proposal

Delivery options:

Collection from Al Wakrah
Delivery across Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and all Qatar regions

Timelines may vary during Ramadan, national holidays, peak seasons, or high-demand periods.

9. Refund & Reprint Policy

Refunds are not applicable for:

Approved artwork errors
Change of mind
Minor acceptable color variations

Reprints may be provided if:

Production defects occur due to our error
Damage occurs before delivery

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

10. Client-Supplied Material Disclaimer

Macaws Qatar is not liable for issues arising from:

Client-supplied materials
Externally prepared artwork
Third-party design files

Printing results depend on the quality and suitability of submitted materials.

11. Storage & Abandoned Orders

Completed orders must be collected within 14 days.

Macaws Qatar reserves the right to:

Charge storage fees after 14 days
Dispose of uncollected items after 30 days

We are not responsible for items not collected within the specified period.

12. Force Majeure

Macaws Printing & Branding shall not be held liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Government regulations
Ramadan schedule changes
Public holidays
Supplier delays
Power outages
Natural events
Logistics disruptions

Production timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Macaws Qatar until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the design for business purposes. Macaws Qatar reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Copy website content without permission
Misuse brand assets
Attempt unauthorized access

All website content belongs to Macaws Printing & Branding.

15. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for:

Indirect losses
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Third-party file errors

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved under Qatar jurisdiction.
